The Implementation Manager will be responsible for project management and the execution of telemedicine SaaS implementation projects, guiding the successful rollout of enterprise telemedicine deployments. The Implementation Manager is responsible for leading new Avizia customers through the technical, organizational, and workflow aspects of onboarding their clinicians and patients onto the Avizia telemedicine platform.
The Implementation Manager is a critical client facing role. The position will be located at our office in Scottsdale, AZ (Phoenix area) and will report to the Senior Manager of Implementation Services.

The position is located indoors in an office environment in our Scottsdale, AZ office. The incumbent must be able to communicate with other individuals in person, over video, via phone, and through email. The incumbent may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and the job requires the incumbent to use reasoning and judgment to address and solve business problems. The incumbent must demonstrate manual dexterity in order to use common office equipment. Applicant may be required to lift up to 10 pounds on an occasional basis. This position requires less than 20% travel.
